Daniel J. Bernstein

Mr. Bernstein obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1984 from the University of Windsor Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.

After articling at a downtown Toronto law firm, he graduated from the Bar Admission Course at Osgoode Hall in Toronto, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Lawyer Referral Service.

Mr. Bernstein is a past instructor at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Bar Admission Course in Real Estate, Wills and Estates and Legal Writing.

He practises in the areas of Real Estate, Business Law and Wills and Estates. In practice since 1986, he has been associated with Lawrence Weltman of the law offices of Weltman, Bernstein since 2000.
